Ballot Propositions – Rev. Dr. Butts Edition

Rev. Dr. Calvin O. Butts III, pastor of the Abyssinian Baptist Church, today gave his views on the three ballot propositions.  He spoke at the conclusion of a campaign rally for Governor Andrew Cuomo at Abyssinian, with Governor Cuomo beside him.  His position and Cuomo’s match only on the third proposition.
